Tolkien

Fans of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit might consider using the name of the author himself. Tolkien's full name is John Ronald Reuel Tolkien. In addition to writing the above novels, Tolkien was a professor of Anglo-Saxon, English, and English Literature. He was born in South Africa to British parents, and moved to England at age 3.

Tolkien is a Norman surname that came to England after the Norman invasion. It refers to the town of Touques in Normandy, France. The current surname trend makes Tolkien usable, however, it does not appear at all on the Social Security Administration's database. I find that surprising given the number of fans he has.
